Today many people prefer using digital camera to traditional camera. Since it is easy to use, digital camera also offers a lot of features which help us to explore the pictures easily. Digital camera especially DSLR also (Digital Single Lens Reflex) provides us no limitation of pictures that can be taken. Well, let us see several reasons of why so many people tend to use the digital camera over the traditional film camera.

Since some of the traditional cameras required a lot of equipment, depending on the nature of the photo shoot, most digital cameras have all necessary functions self-contained within a very small instrument which can fit into the palm of one hand.

Secondly, digital camera provides us to see the results of our shots immediately. The photographer can review the picture in the camera viewing screen and decide whether or not he likes the result. The lens of a digital camera or DSLR is also totally detachable and interchangeable so you can take a number of different shots using a variation of lenses.

Thirdly, automatic focus in digital camera allows you to concentrate on setting up the picture. How you want it to be and letting the camera work out the best focal options for the shot. But it does not end there as the digital camera can also work out the lighting etc that is needed in order to provide a crystal clear perfect picture. It will even decide if it needs to use the flash or not and pop it up for the shot.

Furthermore, by taking photograph from digital camera we as the photographers can send the picture obviously through internet services such as e-mail, social networking etc, or burn it to a disc, or print it just like a film photograph.

Using a digital camera leads us to discover a very fascinating experience of photography. And I really am sure that there is no limit to the wonderful world of digital photography and will want to immerse ourselves learn deeper more than just about taking pictures.
